These users are all blacklisted. If you commission me on the behalf of anyone here, you will be blacklisted as well. Blacklisted users may keep designs they owned by me that they recieved prior to being blacklisted. They may not get said design back once sold.

ART TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me and or buying a design by me, you are automatically bound to these terms of services. It is your responsibility to read them, and understand that if these terms are broken you will be blacklisted.

- Do not commission me on behalf of blacklisted users, you will be blacklisted as well.- You MUST pay upfront within 10 hours of claiming your slot or else it will go to somebody else.- I prefer payments via Cashapp and Venmo. If using PayPal, you must pay via F&F or pay an extra $3 fee.- For badges, I am not responsible if the package gets lost in the mail. I will verify your address with you before printing the label. After I send it out, things are out of my hands.- If a sketch has already be completed, I will not accept character changes unless a $5 resketch fee is paid. If the artwork is already in the lineart stage, I will charge a $10 fee. This still applies even if you resell the character mid commission.- I do not have a set turnaround time, so any estimates given are just estimates.- Do NOT edit my art. If you need any edits, tell me!! I will be happy to do any changes for free before you approve of the commission. After that, I will charge a fee to change anything.- Do not inflate the value of my art. You can only make add my art to a worth if the art was a commission, trade, or owed for a character.- I do not work with deadlines unless discussed before you pay. I will charge a deadline fee.- Do not use my art as NFTs.- Do not use my art for merchandise unless pre-approve by me. I will charge a commercial use fee.- I will not draw Minecraft YouTuber or South Park kinsonas.- If commissioning me for NSFW, you must be above the age of 18, even if where you live the age of consent is younger. YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID ID.

DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE

By owning one of my designs, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. Failure to follow these terms will result in a blacklist, temporary or permanent.

- Do not sell/co-own my designs to blacklisted users.- Designs of mine MUST stay on Toyhouse. If you wish to sell a design of mine to someone who does not own a Toyhouse, please contact me and I will provide a free invite code.- You MUST own my design for at least a week before reselling.- Do NOT use my designs as MCYT (Minecraft YouTuber) or South Park kinsonas.- Do not combine my designs with other designs.- Do not add a separate character to my designs profile.- Basefills only add value if P2U. Basefills only add 25% of what the base costed originally. F2U bases add no extra value.- Do not inflate the value of my designs. All types of art aside from gift art and art fight art may add to the value of the character.- Do not alter/change up a design of mine too much. Keep the palette similar to what it was. Keep the original design in the gallery of the character. (Can be hidden, just as long as it’s there!!)- No co-owns unless discussed with me during the initial purchase. Any co-owns after that are not allowed. If a co-own ends, please delete the extra profile that was made. If the extra profile was not made by me, the co-own was not approved.- do not make “children” or “sister” designs based on my designs. (Children = combining two designs to make a child) (sister = heavily referencing the original design as a sibling)- If a design is obtained via a trade, the character can not be resold for money unless artwork is added afterwards. The design can only be resold for the value of the art added after the trade + the initial purchase value (in trade logs)- Do not sell a design for more than what you bought them for unless art was added.- If drawing/commissioning NSFW of a design of mine, you MUST be over the age of 18. The art must also be Anthro, and not have animal genitalia (knots, barbs, etc.)
